Counselling Centres
Vanuatu Womenβs Centre (VWC) is based in Port Vila and leads a national network of counselling centres that support women and children affected by gender-based violence. These centres provide crisis counselling, outreach, awareness, training, and coordination with community leaders and government stakeholders.
Port Vila β Vanuatu Womenβs Centre (Main Centre)
The main VWC in Port Vila supports women and children across the country. Services include counselling, legal advocacy, awareness programs, and nationwide coordination.
Torba Counselling Centre (TOCC)
Established in 2011 in Sola, Vanualava, the Torba Counselling Centre provides support to women and girls across the province. TOCC delivers counselling, outreach, male leader workshops (in partnership with Sanma Centre), and community awareness in collaboration with the Provincial Government, police, area councils, chiefs, and church leaders.

Sanma Counselling Centre (SCC)
The first branch of VWC, Sanma Centre opened in Luganville in 1995. It supports Torba, Sanma, and Penama provinces through a wide range of services, including:
- Centre-based and mobile counselling
- Referrals, follow-ups, and legal support
- Community awareness and male leaders workshops
- Special events and data collection
- Support and training for CAVAWs
- Staff training and local networking

Penama Counselling Centre (PECC)
Opened in 2017 with support from UN Women, PECC provides counselling, awareness, and male advocacy training across rural communities in Penama Province. The centre works closely with local leaders and provincial networks.

Malampa Counselling Centre (MCC)
Established in Lakatoro, Malekula, in response to rising violence in Malampa Province, MCC delivers counselling, mobile outreach, awareness talks, and training. The centre engages with communities through male leadership programs and special events.

Tafea Counselling Centre
Located in Isangel, Tanna, and officially launched in 2003, Tafea Centre supports women and children across the province through counselling and educational outreach. It also operates a safe house and delivers in-depth staff and male advocacy training.
